At Faithtalent Advisors, we believe that careers are more then just jobs they are callings.
At Faithtalent Advisors, we are more than a recruitment firm—we are a purpose-driven partner in your journey. Rooted in faith and guided by integrity, we specialize in executive search and mission-aligned hiring solutions that connect exceptional talent with organizations committed to walking in purpose.
Whether you're a job seeker pursuing a calling or a leader building a values-driven team, we believe every placement should be a divine alignment—spirit-led, skill-matched, and anchored in trust.
Faithtalent Advisors was not just an idea it was an instruction from the Lord.
For years, I felt a pull toward something more, in 2023, God spoke clearly to my spirit: "Start your own business.'' It wasn't just a suggestion it was a moment of obedience. With faith as my foundation, I took the leap, trusting His voice would lead the way.
That step birthed Faithtalent Advisors a firm rooted in prayer, purpose, and divine alignment. Our mission is to connect the right people to the right roles, not just through resumes, through revelation. We believe in Spirit-led hiring, and we honor every assignment from God.
This journey led to our mission: to serve both purpose-driven talent and faith-filed organizations in finding and fulfilling God's assignments.
''Unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain.'' - Psalm 127:1
